(Carmen, you probably want this one.)
"State your name and whatever business you may have with me; I'll return your call once circumstances allow."
[Please state in the subject line if OOC planning is preferred and we can handwave like the wind, but otherwise IC will be assumed!]

While I assume I'm supposed to appreciate the attempt you're making, and I suppose it's good that you've had such an epiphany (if it can be called that), I would like to remind you that I am no longer your concern. You have no reason to seek out advice regarding our situation, nor do I recall ever asking you for any sort of apology or reconciliation attempt.
Furthermore, I'm not sure why this needed to be explained to you by a third party to begin with. You made it plain that you wouldn't lock me up like that because you knew that I would take up issue with it; how, exactly, did you not understand that doing so would result in me taking up issue with it?
I would ask you what you want from me at this point, but it's rather plain from past incidents that your answer will be "for everything to be as it was before" - in other words, to act as though none of this ever happened, and for both of us to become neurotic in an attempt to not anger each other. That isn't anything I'm interested in at this point. Stop assuming that I am.
I wasn't rational that night in Goldenrod; I owe you an apology for that much. Consider it offered. But that's all I'm offering at the moment.
Your time is appreciated.

[Archer doesn't reply immediately. Oh sure, he types out a response, but he doesn't send it. It's entirely made of anger and attacks on Kimblee that he knows are out of line. He deletes the message not long after he's done writing it and sets the 'Gear aside. He'll deal with it later.]
[Of course that isn't the case, and he spends the entire time trying to come up with something to say. It would be stupid to give up now. But if their last argument has taught him anything, it's that Kimblee won't fucking listen to him. He might be a bit bitter. Just a bit.]
If that's what you want then fine. I'm not going to argue with you.
[That's it. He doesn't have anything else to say to Kimblee.]

But so be it.
I'll put in for reassignment when I return to Goldenrod City; should you wish to do so before then, I won't stop you.
