As someone who forced a few bars to renovate a year ago, I can't really say I'm displeased with your choice.

When do you want this done, and are you looking for already-constructed things or do you want to make them yourself?

A shame I'm not doing anything original, but I can't complain.

I'm looking to do this as soon as feasibly possible, and I'd think it's probably best that I build these myself. I want to be taken seriously.
