I'm no expert, but I can think of a few potential solutions, should you wish to remove those marks. I can offer some ways you could hide them fairly painlessly; removal, however....no promises.

I would suggest laser removal. Burning, basically. Nothing else will get the marks to fade. I should warn you; it will be painful, and will require more than one session. Keep in mind, too, that even though I'm a 'doctor', I'm not the sort that's qualified to do this sort of thing.
