[The voice that comes over the 'Gear tonight is calm, at least; soft and open, a bit high-pitched perhaps, but generally not unpleasant to listen to. Confident, in a bit of a self-satisfied way. So it goes.]

My name is Solf J Kimblee; I hold the rank of Beta within this organization. I suppose I owe you all an apology for being away from the organization itself for so long.

I think it's time to remedy that a bit.

As one of the field agents in charge of assisting with the training of the new recruits, I would like to extend an invitation to all of you - particularly the new ones that I have yet to meet, although I would like to see those I'm already acquainted with as well. It isn't an order; again, it's just an invitation to talk. I would like to get to know all of you, and to have a fuller understanding of your talents. Should you require orders or simply want something to do, I may have a proposal for you; we'll see.

I would prefer meeting you in person; I'm in the Goldenrod base for the time being, but if you're currently elsewhere, neither time nor money is a problem for me. Let me know where you are; I'll meet up with you.

I must say that I'm pleased with the work I've seen so far, however. Do keep it up, hm?

What, Brunel? He's a Bronzong, a combination Steel/Psychic type. I caught him on my way back from Olivine City. Fascinating creature; incredibly hardy with some rather interesting Psychic attacks. Even if he does look rather terrifying.

[It's a psychic-type that explodes. Archer kind of linefaces at the "exploding" part when it comes to these things, but he likely won't be too annoyed with the psychic bit.]

That's true. It wouldn't be as much fun if it was socially acceptable. But I'd prefer not to have to worry about being caught! Besides, I don't really plan anything out - I just get the urge to attack and I work from there. I mean, I've got a lot of the little details ironed out already - you know, where to pick up people, how to choose who won't be missed, what to do with the bodies, all that good stuff - but I don't really plan anything out.

I actually can understand that much, to an extent; many people have asked me what the next target is going to be, and while I do like having a set plan a fair amount of the time, most of the things I've done in Johto have been more or less spontaneous. I've rather enjoyed doing it that way, actually; it's a bit different to what I'm used to, but I must admit that the unknown elements add something to it that I'm liking more than I thought I would.

Johto's a great place for it too! The police here are so lax that even if you are caught, it won't matter for long! It's a shame death doesn't work here, otherwise I'd have plenty of victims!

I'll provide you with a location in a moment; meet me there as soon as possible, if you will.

[And a brief while later, Ren, you will indeed receive instructions! Your destination is one of the meeting rooms a short distance from the labs; he's met with others here before, and so has Archer - sometimes good meetings, sometimes not - and he'll be waiting for you inside. It doesn't seem too formal of a meeting, however; he's rather casually sitting on the front of the desk rather than on the chair behind it, one leg curled up close to his body, hands folded in his lap.

The directions themselves aren't terribly hard to follow, assuming you have a sense of direction; he wouldn't suggest keeping him waiting very long, comfortable though he seems.]

[He laughs a bit at that, though the sound is quiet.]
