① 「Backtagging?」 I personally don't have a problem with it, though I may have to be nudged from time to time. Don't be afraid to do this! I actually appreciate it.
② 「Threadhopping?」 Ask me first, though usually I'll allow it; it's pretty rare that I won't, actually. Just be courteous and it's all good!
③ 「Comments in Subject line?」 I do this often; the comments are usually of the joking/sarcastic variety. If you'd like me to stop, you can always ask me to; conversely, you're more than welcome to do it right back at me!
④ 「Is there anything you do not want mentioned around this character? || Fourth Wall Breakage?」 You can mention whatever you like; references to his past will make him a bit weirded out, but he'll generally ignore them, at least at the outside of the game. As for the fourth wall, I personally have no problem with breaking it in action brackets and the like, and I tend to engage in a lot of that myself (although again, if you would like me to stop, please feel free to tell me); ICly, Kimblee likely will not understand most of the references made, so...why not, feel free to throw things at him, he'll probably just blink and go with it and stupid will ensue.
⑤ 「Offensive subjects?」 Because there's the potential for sex in this game -nonconsensual sex has potential to be triggering, depending upon scenario. As a sort of advance warning, I will not play the victim of any nonconsensual acts, no exceptions; if something comes up in which it would be ICly appropriate for me to play an aggressor, I'll consider this on a case-to-case basis. Please discuss this sort of thing with me first; if it's something that I cannot play out for personal reasons, I'll let you know.

①「Hugging this character」 Kimblee really isn't one for casual touch unless he initiates it, and hugging him at random will likely confuse him, but! As long as he knows your character and is reasonably all right with them, he'll generally allow it - as in, he won't return it, but he'll literally stand there and allow it. If it goes on for too long then he'll likely start trying to pry your character off, but quick hugs and the like would be fine. Though I have no idea why anyone would, because Kimblee is terrible, but.
②「Kissing this character」 Assuming sufficient development has ensued, then I don't see why not. Kimblee, on the other hand, can see many reasons why not, and he will probably not respond well; don't expect to get very far before being shoved off.
③「Flirting with this character」 Sure! Kimblee likes being flirted with, he finds it flattering, and if someone else is flirting with him, he'll generally return it at least a bit.
④「Fighting with this character?」 Kimblee pretty much lives to fight: physical fighting, verbal sparring/arguing, philosophy debates, whatever - he enjoys conflict and challenges and battles and war, so please feel free to take him on.
⑤ 「Punching this character (provided they can fight back)?」 You're more than welcome to, given that he likely deserves it; just be warned that while Kimblee isn't prone to lashing out physically if angered, he will fight back if he's physically engaged (ie, if he's hit first). He's had military training, and he's accustomed to some generally crazy parkourfights; he's more prone to evading than striking, but that's usually just so he can put some distance between himself and you - due to the nature of his alchemy, he's actually more dangerous from a distance, so you might want to watch out for that.
⑥ 「Injuring/killing/etc. this character?」 Ask me before actually scoring any serious injuries/a kill on him, but in general, go right ahead and try! He's pretty physically resilient, given that he's survived being impaled with a steel pipe and having his throat mauled by a lion/human hybrid in his canon. He has a ridiculously strong will to live, and if he can hang on he will; I'm not particularly squeamish about injuries, so as long as you ask first (or at least give me proper warning) and the injury would realistically happen, you'll generally be allowed to have at him.
⑦「Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character?」 Talk to me about this before you do it; Kimblee doesn't have any sort of special powers or anything where he could block or evade something like this, but his thought patterns tend to be very odd and chances are they won't seem 'normal' due to how he...is. He's incredibly psychopathic and has incredibly warped ideals and worldviews, so ask me about this and tell me exactly what's being looked for - it's less to verify whether your character would get anything and more to let you know exactly what your character will actually see or hear.
⑧ 「Triggers?」 He doesn't have any triggers, but he does have a few really huge berserk buttons that are centered around some fairly arbitrary things - hypocrisy, theft, taking credit for something that isn't yours and condescension all tend to activate Blind Rage mode, and Blind Rage mode is not pretty.
⑨ 「Medical info?」 For the most part, he's a physically healthy individual with a rather active lifestyle. He does have a huge amount of really ugly scarring on the left side of his body, starting below the ribs and affecting a good amount of his abdomen below that; this is due to having been impaled with a steel pipe in a fight over the course of his canon. It impaled him clear through (entering through the front, exiting through his lower back) and managed to seriously damage his internal organs; this also happened outdoors in below-freezing temperatures, resulting in severe frostbite and tissue death. His life was saved thanks to the usage of medicinal alchemy, but even that doesn't magically heal everything; as such, he tends to defend the left side of his body more heavily than the right, to avoid any further damage to his insides.
⑩ 「Using magic on this character?」 Sure, though I'd like to know what your magic is capable of first! Kimblee is an alchemist (which in the world of FMA pretty much just means he uses magical physics to make things explode), so if he's getting magic slung at him, he'll likely throw some of his own back.
