The silver of those chains is very, very distinctive, however, and it draws his attention sharply.
For a moment he's quiet; he's no longer playing with the Stone, exactly, but rather running one of his fingers along the flat side of it. The motion is steady, something he doesn't seem terribly aware of doing; it's strangely relaxing, in its own way.
