Impressions / Permissions - Trustfell

☄ First Impressions

♚ VISUAL: Kimblee is about 5'11" as far as the manga is concerned (for some reason FMA:B disagrees with this but that's whatever) and on the thin side; he's no longer a completely malnourished wreck or anything but he spent a long time not eating very well and it shows. He's got black hair and gold/amber eyes - his hair is long, and would be down to about his waist if he were to let it down, save for two shorter strands that he leaves loose at the front; generally he keeps his hair tied back in a tight ponytail that trails down his back. He always has some sort of black eyeliner on unless he literally doesn't have access to any, and he's very finicky about his appearance overall. He has tattoos in the palms of his hands – they're simple circles with some clean, fancy designs on them, though his right hand has some light scarring on it and it seems that the circle has been redone over it recently.
♚ FASHION: He tends to favor three-piece suits, all in white; sometimes he accents with purple or very pale grey, but the suit itself and any outer layers are always, always white.
♚ DEMEANOUR: Kimblee is very formal to everyone in speech – he uses titles and surnames for everyone, unless he's calling them by full name. This sense of formality carries over into his general demeanor; he tends to hold himself like he's got a fireplace poker up his ass, and while he's generally calm and polite, he isn't terribly welcoming, either. He's the sort of person that seems to like his distance between himself and others in terms of interpersonal connections; he smiles often, but there's very rarely any emotion at all present in his eyes.
♚ SOUND: The voice I tend to associate with him is Hiroyuki Yoshino, his voice actor from the Japanese version of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood - you can hear what he sounds like here, more or less! (Sorry about the reverb? I have no idea why they went with that scene but here we are.) Unfortunately we are not properly in Eric Vale hell – anyway, his voice is usually fairly soft and even regardless of what he's doing, the primary exception to this being when he's worked up, at which point he tends to become rather manic rather quickly. He really likes his job, what can I say.

☄ OOC

♚ BACKTAGGING: I don't really like doing it beyond a week back in murdergame, but as long as we're going at a steady clip then that's fine!
♚ FOURTHWALLING: Please don't!
♚ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: ...Sure, though I'm not sure why anyone would? It's not like he's going to get violent about it in response. He'd be weird about it at first if he's not initiating it, but overall he doesn't mind it, per se, it's just not something he's accustomed to.
♚ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: It's more or less unavoidable given the nature of the game, just let me know if you're going to punch him in the face? If he's engaged then he'll definitely fight back, and he's used to having to be incredibly creative during fights, but he doesn't have his alchemy here and he's used to relying on it so that's going to be a hindrance.
♚ RELATIONSHIPS: ...I mean sure but why would you

☄ Points of Concern

♚ WAR CRIMES: Kimblee's backstory involves things such as willingly participating in genocide and incredibly positive views of war and violence; he's engaged in things like treason, perfidy, declaring no quarter, deliberate military sabotage, and other assorted crimes against peace and humanity because he apparently considers the list of everything forbidden under the Geneva Convention to be a to-do list. He's also...incredibly casually racist against the group of people that he was sent to war against, though that will be extremely downplayed for the comfort of absolutely everyone and will not come up at all unless he's directly asked his opinion on such things, so for the love of god please don't ask him to have an opinion about race relations and everything will be fine.
