No, but it is a related question that you brought to mind.

Really, I'd think that refusing to save someone because doing so is going out of your way is more akin to killing someone yourself, because you're deliberately deciding that someone isn't worth the effort - in other words, that your comfort is more important than their life.

Rather cold, really.
