I don't personally keep in contact with them, but I'm beginning to suspect the Elrics have found some way to come and go as they see fit, they do it so often - Fullmetal was here recently; I believe his brother is still here, though we'll have to see how long that lasts.
I don't know how well you would know some of the others; one is a civilian, while the others...well, they're from Amestris, but some sort of alternate version of it where next to nothing makes sense.
Major Armstrong was here for a time, though not any longer; the same goes for Lt. Colonel Hughes. Perhaps you'll be fortunate and Mustang will show up again someday, though whether he'll answer to 'Colonel' or 'Brigadier General', I can't really say.
