Ah, Seth. He would be our resident wildcard; he keeps his identity concealed rather well, even from us. I don't agree with his methods, but I hear that he receives his orders directly from the top of our chain of command; until he does something that conflicts with the organization's interests, I have my orders to just leave him be. If you've any interest in what he's doing, you'll have to contact him directly; he appears once in a while over the network, and he generally leaves the channel open for discussion.
